"The Siliguri Police Commissionerate orchestrated a thrilling one-day football tournament as a pivotal part of Road Safety Week, drawing in an impressive six teams, comprising two dynamic womens teams and four spirited mens teams. The event was a resounding success, with the youth exuding boundless energy and enthusiasm, celebrating the occasion with unbridled passion through football. We were privileged to have distinguished guests like Siliguri Police Commissioner, ACP Sajid Sir, ADCP Abhishek Majumdar, Rotary Club Siliguri UMEED President Rotarian Sanjeev Thakur, Club Secretary Rotarian Sanjay Gupta, and Project Chair Rotarian Prithwiraj Nath gracing the occasion with their presence. In a remarkable display of support, our club sponsored the jerseys for all the teams, sending waves of excitement and joy among the young participants.
